As of 2025, this property has had all new floor installed throughout! The LVP was removed and replaced with a stunning, wood look porcelain tile, really enhancing the opulent feel of this condo!



As you enter, you'll immediately notice the refreshed kitchen area, complete with brand-new appliances. With a refrigerator, stovetop, sink, and microwave, this kitchen is completely equipped for preparing everything from a fast snack to a homemade meal for your group. Please note, however, that there is no oven, so keep this in mind when planning your meals during your stay. The kitchen is thoughtfully outfitted with essential cookware, silverware, dishes, and cups—everything you'll need to whip up your favorite dishes. For those days when you prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach features an abundance of marvelous dining options, just a short drive or even walk away. Plus, many eateries offer delivery for ultimate convenience.



Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find a cozy dining area with a table and four chairs, ideal for sharing meals or playing games together. A coffee maker is also close by, ensuring you can enjoy your favorite morning brew at any time.



The inviting living area features a plush couch and an accent chair, creating the ideal space to relax. It is important to note that this rental has a minimum age requirement of 21. Reservation holders must be 21 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 21 put themselves and their group at risk for fines, and the possibility of eviction.



Located at The Caravelle Tower, this unit is in close proximity to Myrtle Beach's most appreciated attractions. The resort is located on the Northern end of Myrtle Beach, but still close enough the everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. There a multiple eateries within walking distance of the resort, and central Myrtle Beach is about a 10 min. drive (with traffic). The Myrtle Beach International Airport is only a 15 min. drive from The Caravelle Tower!
