Check out this completely remodeled and extravagant two bedroom suite at the Palace Resort. Recently featured on an episode of a fashionable HGTV show, this classy getaway offers upgraded countertops in both the bathrooms and kitchen, fresh décor, brand new furnishings, all new stainless steel appliances, a chic backsplash, and more. Located on the 12th floor with striking ocean vistas, this thoughtfully designed condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

Upon arrival, guests will enter into the main living, dining, and kitchen area. Unlike many other condos at the Palace, this condo has an open floor concept with split bedrooms! Making the view the star of the show from every spot in the main living area, guests will savor countless vistas down the southern coast. The huge glass windows around the living area really make the unit special, and the vistas are beautiful.

Entering into the living area, guests will find the most calming part of the entire condo! This floor plan is open and cavernous, and features endless vistas of the Atlantic ocean. The living room offers a couch that converts to a queen size sleeper couch, coffee table, wall mounted TV, two accent chairs, a dining table that seats 4 guests over looking the gorgeous vistas, and access to the ocean view balcony.

The kitchen area is also located just off from the living area. The kitchen features full-size stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, wall mounted microwave, plentiful cabinet space for storage, kitchen sink, new counter tops, new backsplash, and so much more. Cooking a meal or snack will not be a problem! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of dining options, many of which are within a short walk or drive from the Palace Resort. Many eateries in the area offer delivery, but if not, guests can rely on food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash.

The master bedroom is found on the right side of the apartment and features a king size bed, two nightstands, dresser, wall mounted TV, closet, access to a private ocean view balcony, and access to the ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a delightfully tiled walk in shower, vanity, mirror, and toilet.

The second bedroom is considered the guest suite and features two twin size beds, nighttime stand, dresser, wall mounted TV, closet, and access to the ocean view balcony! This balcony is shared with the living room, and guests will be able to access the balcony from both areas of the apartment. Just off the bedroom is the guest bathroom. This bathroom features a shower, vanity, mirror, and toilet.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A Walmart is located just around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests adore the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.
