Set in the Arcadian Dunes complex, this second-floor 2BR/2BA condo is a short walk to impressive beaches and Apache Pier. Hit the links at Arcadian Shores Golf Club or stay close to home and appreciate resort-style amenities like pools, a sauna, and tennis courts. When it’s time for fine dining or a touch of retail therapy, head to the Grandiose Strand and indulge.

LIVING AREA

The living area includes a comfortable couch, armchair, and 46” flat-screen TV. Sliding doors open to the balcony.

KITCHEN & DINING

Outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, the kitchen provides ample counter space to prepare meals and beach snacks.

Gather at the dining table with seating for four, or pull up to the breakfast bar with seating for two.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This single-level condo sleeps up to six guests in two bedrooms.

The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, a 46” flat-screen TV, and balcony access. The en-suite bathroom includes a granite vanity and walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom has two full-size beds and a 32” flat-screen TV. A guest bathroom contains a walk-in shower.

Your sunny private balcony is the ideal place to savor a crisp after-dinner drink.

Community outdoor amenities include two shared pools (8’ deep, unheated, and open year-round), a hot tub, steam room, sauna, picnic and grille areas, a playground, and tennis courts.

Unassigned parking is available for up to two cars in the parking lot outside the unit. There is a $30 parking/pool fee for each car -- good for the duration of your stay, which must be paid at the front desk upon arrival. (Please note that motorbikes, RVs, trailers, and golf carts are not allowed on the grounds.)

This second-floor condo is accessed via a flight of stairs from the parking area.

Due to HOA requirements, the primary renter must be 25 years old. Smoking and family pets are not allowed.

Head to the beach for surf and sand, or fish off Apache Pier (both a 0.7-mile walk via the Main Trail). Hit the links at Arcadian Hills Golf Club (1.2 miles away).

Savor local seafood at Restaurant Row along the Grand Strand, just 4 miles away. Treat yourself to a shopping spree at the Tanger Outlets (1.9 miles) and Barefoot Landing (4.2 miles).

End fun-filled days with a walk along the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, or a ride on the 187-foot high SkyWheel (8.8 miles).

  • Go through the rental a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on good ratings to stimulate future reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback.
