This is an definitely fantastic 2 bedroom condo located at the Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 21st floor, ocean view, 2 bedroom apartment. Only two floors below the penthouse! The condo is entirely furnished with 1 king size bed, 2 twin size beds, a sleeper couch, and will comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

As of March 2024 this unit has had some striking renovations! We could not be more excited to share with you! For starters, all new furnishings was installed throughout along with new drapes and impressive new decor! In the kitchen, new cabinets were installed along with new granite countertops. The new stainless steal appliances go gorgeously with the refreshed cabinets! New granite countertops were also added to both bathrooms as well as new mirrors and light fixtures! The owners really spared no expense. In the living room a new 55" Roku TV was installed. Lastly in the master bedroom a new king size bed was installed!

Upon arrival, guests will find the kitchen area located to the left of the front door. The kitchen features full-size stainless steal appliances, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, plentiful cabinet space for storage, kitchen sink, and so much more. Cooking a meal or snack will not be a problem. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of dining options, many of which are within a short walk or drive from the Palace Resort. Many eateries in the area offer delivery, but if not, guests can rely on food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash.

To the right of the entrance into the condo guests will find the guest bedroom. This bedroom features 2 twin size beds, dresser for storage, a nighttime stand, wall mounted TV, closet for storage, and access to the private ocean view balcony! Just off the bedroom guests will have access to the guest bathroom. This bathroom features a standing shower, vanity with new granite countertops, new mirror, and toilet.

Entering into the living area, guests will find the most calming part of the entire condo! This floor plan is open and cavernous, and features gorgeous vistas of the Atlantic ocean. The 21st floor offers some of the most elegant vistas! The living room features a new couch that converts to a bed, a sizable Roku TV, coffee table, accent chairs, a table with chairs, and access to the ocean view balcony. Guests will also adore the enormous windows accepting multiple vistas of the ocean!

Just off the living area guests will find the master bedroom! This bedroom features a new king size bed, nightstands, a closet and dresser for storage, wall mounted TV, access to the ocean view balcony, and access to the ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity with new granite countertops, new mirror, and toilet.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests appreciate the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.
