*Sheets and linens included.

*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are supplied for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands (6 wristbands are hanging in the kitchen) All 6 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)

*NO mailbox for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is complimentary.

* motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises.



The Neighborhood:

Striking peaceful neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, pretty landscaping. Only few mins. away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, tons of eateries, outlets and nighttime clubs.

*Charging electrical cars is not allowed.

*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.

*Please review my home rules.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper included, guests should bring their own extras.

*NO mailbox for this location.

*Bed sheets are supplied (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are supplied (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
