Direct Ocean-Charming End Unit Closest to the Ocean
A Sought After End Unit Directly and Closest to the Beach
Why choose the North Tower? The Resort has two buildings or Towers. The North Tower has all of the amenities. These include the bigger and nicest of all of the pools which gets sun the entire day. The pools in the South are also nice but are half covered by shade by early afternoon. Certainly as a guest at Sea Watch you can use any of the pools with a short walk across the Resort if you are not in the North Tower. The North Tower also has Captain Cove's ocean front restaurant, Starbucks coffee/ice cream shop, the exercise center, game room. concierge, pool side tiki-bar and pool side DJ in the late spring and early fall months. This fun DJ plays some great music and games for all ages and is one of the hits at the Resort.
Stunning Vistas from Everywhere (Closest Unit overlooking the Beach)
Professionally Decorated, Great Reviews, and now an refreshed. Walk in Shower in the Hall Guest Bath, a rare find at this Resort. Great Spring and Summer weeks still available ! This unit books extremely fast and the guest reviews and repeat guest tell you why.....
An Absolutely "GORGEOUS" "Sought After End Unit" with many upgrades.
Direct Ocean & Pool Vistas !
One of the few units directly on the ocean and
overlooking the huge pool.
Awaken each morning to the sounds of the ocean, and marvelous vistas from either of our two oceanfront balconies. See the schools of porpoises right off the beach from either of these two balconies. We chose this impressive unit because of the fashionable floor plan and gorgeous vistas looking down the beach and the biggest pool at Sea Watch. The unit has now been professionally decorated and is really a pretty unit and fresh unit. The unit is located in the highly beautiful North Tower which has all of the amenities. These amenities include the Captain's Cove ocean front restaurant, pool side tiki-bar, pool side DJ twice a week during the spring and summer seasons, concierge, game room, exercise center, ice cream /coffee shop in season, and the bigger of all of the pools. This sizable pool gets full sun the entire day. The pools in the South Tower are also very nice but are half covered by shade by early afternoon. Certainly as a guest at Sea Watch, you are complimentary to use any of the pools. The master bedroom has a king size bed with it's own full bath, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with private access to the 2nd full bath, and the third bedroom has two full size beds. All beds have new beds. All the bedrooms have wall mounted 42 inch TVs.
The kitchen has been finished remodeled with granite counter tops, an under mount sink, new refrigerator and flat top stove and pendant lighting over the kitchen bar. We have also installed a new washer and dryer in the unit.
The living room has all new furnishings with a queen size pull out couch with additional padding and bespoke draperies,, a new ceramic floor in the living area, and a new 55 inch wall mounted TV. Strategies to get the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:
Sticking to a rental home budget:
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of SC. To get the most suitable rental within budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Myrtle Beach attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
- Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
- Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitors guides have coupons for nearby accommodations, tours and attractions.
Narrow your Search:
- First, have your group commit to the best dates and a budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration you need. Seawatch Resort-3BR\/2BA Direct Ocean-Gorgeous, Upscale has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is regularly accessible on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, call the property manager before you reserve the vacation property. Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds and bunks. You will need to work out what configuration is right for your group.
- Are you visiting for a specific attraction? Try a map search to browse nearby properties.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. .
- Are you bringing the family pet? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Pet fees or could be applied to your agreement.
Some things to know before you go:
- Store the manager's information in your smartphone.
- Make a record of any damages to the property during check in, and immediately send them to the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be beneficial if damages are assessed.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, elevator or kitchen appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent a lot of problems.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable visitors disrupting your peaceful home. Employ the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would have never otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
- Protect the owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home when you are gone, just like you would back home.
- Re-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to inspire more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will will be grateful for your review find their best vacation home. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to fix it.
