The open living area gives you a comfortable place to relax after a day at the beach, while the dining area and kitchen make it painless to appreciate meals at home.

The bedroom provides a comfortable king-size bed for a good nighttime's sleep, and the living room couch converts into an additional sleeping space for up to two guests.

Your furry family members are welcome! A $75 pet fee applies per pet. Please let us know how many family pets you'll be bringing when making your reservation.

The community pool is seasonal and available during the designated pool season. Pool availability is subject to seasonal operation and weather/community conditions.

This condo is located on the 3rd floor of the building.

Please note: there is no elevator, so guests must be comfortable using the stairs to access the condo.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (4 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.

*No mailbox for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is complimentary.

* motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises.



Other Things to Note:

*Charging electrical cars is not allowed.

*Pool key is photographed before each stay.

*Please review my home rules.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Family Animals are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*No mailbox for this location.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are supplied (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
