• Approved guests will arrive at the front desk for check in. The staff will hold your suitcases and you can use the amenities if you arrive early on your check in date. Your suite will be assigned by the front desk at check in and you will be given keys to access.
• The primary guest must be 21+ to check in (must match ID).
• A $100 returnable damage deposit will be collected at check in at the front desk (credit/debit card only). It will be returned assuming there are no damages to the suite
• Reservations 5 nights or longer may be relocated during the stay to a similar suite for housekeeping purposes
• Photos are supplied by the resort and are a variety of suites at the resort. Your suite will be similarly designed and furnished but may vary slightly from the photos.

Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
- Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a price reduction.
- Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. - Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
- Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home while you are out, just like you would at home.
- On check-out day, take a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget any personal items. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
- After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent reviews to stimulate future bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will appreciate that you share your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
