The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
