The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which accepts you to avoid enclosed hallways/busy check in areas!

Parking: Painless access private parking lot. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: 3rd floor unit. Elevator. Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Totally outfitted - includes cups, plates, silverware, drip coffee maker, pots and pans, and more!

Family room: Appreciate the open concept with plenty of seating. Pond vistas!

Bedroom 1: King bed with a TV & pond vistas.

Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed. TV.

Bathroom 2: Attached to bedroom 2 and hallway.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed. Fold down futon bed. TV.

Balcony: Nice seating area to savor the pond and pool vistas. 4 season usage!

Pools: There are numerous (7) unheated pools around the complex pond that are open year round.

Other: Charcoal grilles located across property. You must bring your own fluid and charcoal.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community pool, and, of course, the highly recognized close by golf courses (additional costs apply).

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events entirely agree to those terms.

No family pets. Minimum booking age 21. Max guest count is 7.

Routine pest control happens monthly. The HOA requires the technician be granted entrance to complete the treatment.

  • To find the best rental within budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Myrtle Beach attractions and restaurants.
  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your group.
  • Booking websites usually offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically help. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Keep your rental home locked while you are away! Don't let crooks ruin your holiday.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all of your things. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your group have a great stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
