This true 1-bedroom condo offers a rare sense of privacy with a full separation between the bedroom and the main living area. With 2 full-sized beds in the bedroom, a full-size wall bed, and a queen-sized sleeper couch in the living room, the unit comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests without ever feeling busy.



When you arrive, you’ll find the main entry labeled 639/640. Walk through the main door into a modest shared entryway, and to your left is your private unit, 639!



Step inside and you’ll pass through a hallway that leads to the heart of the condo. On the right is the main bedroom, where you’ll find two full-size beds, a mounted TV, nightstand, closet and dresser for storage, and even your own private AC unit. The attached private bathroom features a tub/shower combo, a enormous vanity with ample counter space, a mirror, hair dryer, and everything you need to refresh after a day on the beach.



Continuing through the unit, the fully-equipped kitchen is centrally located and features full-size stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, mounted microwave, and sink. There's plenty of cabinet and counter space, and the kitchen is outfitted with the essentials, cookware, silverware, dishes, and glassware, making it simple to whip up a fast breakfast or a full meal. Of course, if cooking isn’t your thing, you're just a short ride away from some of the best eateries Myrtle Beach has to offer. Food delivery is also a breeze, with Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates readily available throughout the area.



Just past the kitchen, you'll find the second full bathroom. This convenient space includes another tub/shower combo, a sink with upsized mirror, toilet, and a hair dryer, giving everybody plenty of room to get ready without waiting.



The living room is the highlight of the condo, offering pretty oceanfront vistas and a bright, open space to relax. This 6th-floor unit offers some of the best vistas in the building, with a front-row seat to the Atlantic. We’ve thought of everything to make your stay simple and anxiety-complimentary. All linens, linens, towels, and toiletries are included, along with starter sets of shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. Each bathroom comes supplied with 8 towels and 8 washcloths to keep everybody comfortable.
