Entirely refreshed in 2022!!!
Our condo is unique as it is a true one bedroom. The front door opens to the kitchen and the living room, not the bedroom like other 1-bedroom units.
This gives you a more open floor plan and a better nighttime’s sleep since your bedroom isn't right next to the hallway.
Dogs allowed (pet fee $25/nighttime, weight up to 30 pounds).

The Space:
Picture yourselves appreciating your morning coffee or a glass of wine on the balcony! Whether you spend the day soaking up the sun or the sights in Myrtle Beach, you will look forward to calming!!!

You can sleep four people in our condo with the king size bed facing the ocean with a beautiful view of the sunrise and full-sized couch sleeper in the living room.

The 16th floor is ideal because of the great vistas and you're high enough to not be bothered by all the noises from the pool.

We provide everything that you’ll need. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances including a full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove, and microwave. The kitchen comes supplied with silverware, toaster, coffeemaker/Keurig, pots and pans, and much more.

Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps.

The unit is also equipped with a keypad, this means you can skip the line at the front desk when you get here and never have to worry about carrying around a key or card. You won't have to wait in long check-in lines if you stay with us, just go straight to the unit and start that vacation!

Broadway at the Beach is just about 5 miles from the condo, where you’ll find a premier shopping center filled with everything from extraordinary stores and live entertainment to zipline, helicopter, and jet boat excursions. Here you can savor a day of shopping, feed a stingray at the marvelous Ripley’s Aquarium, take the kids on a carnival ride at the Pavillion Nostalgia Park, or check out Wonder Works for some educational fun. If you’re hungry, appreciate one of the many restaurant selections, including the famed Hard Rock, Wahlburger’s, Dave & Buster’s, or Margaritaville. If you’re looking for a little nightlife, grab daiquiri at Fat Tuesday’s, dance to your favorite music at one of the many clubs, join in the fun at Señor Frog’s, or request a song at Crocodile Rocks dueling piano bar - it’s so much fun!

Tricks and tips to get the perfect vacation home experience:

Sticking to your spending plan:

  • Summer is high season in Myrtle Beach. To find the best value, try changing your family's Myrtle Beach vacation to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer warmer temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Some property management companies offer promotional rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
  • Many rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides which include money-saving deals, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Planning and picking your prefect Myrtle Beach vacation home:

  • Choose a group leader, choose your dates, and choose a max budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and the configuration you need. Coastal Soul Pet friendly has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is usually accessible online. If they are not listed, email the property manager before reserving the rental. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds in living rooms. You will need to establish what configuration is optimal for your trip.
  • Looking for special amenities? Most rental search websites include amenity lists and search filters. Use these filters to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Remember to confirm all required amenities are available and included before reserving a rental
  • If your family is bringing pets, you'll need to find a pet-friendly property. Ask for information on breed, weight, and type requirements. Some hosts charge pet deposits and fees.

More tips for your stay:

  • Store the owner's information in your smartphone.
  • Document any damages to the property at check in, and immediately e-mail them to the owner. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be very helpful if damages are assessed.
  • Hosts are available to help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious visitors disrupting your peace and quiet. Practice the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and scenic spots you would've never otherwise known about!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home while you are out, just like you would back home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all belongings. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property owners rely on good reviews to propel new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will will be grateful for your feedback find their best vacation rental. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to fix it.
