  • Approximately 360 square feet

Welcome to Landmark 620! This comfortable studio is thoughtfully decorated and offers two double beds and a futon, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Located on the 6th floor, it's ideal for a modest family or a group of friends looking to relax and appreciate their stay.

As you enter, you'll find the bathroom on your left. It features a vanity with granite countertops, an upsized mirror, and good overhead lighting. There's also a shower/tub combo and a toilet, with enough space to keep your things organized. We provide fresh bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, and linens to make your stay more cozy. You'll also find starter toiletries, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

Further into the studio, you'll find the main living and sleeping area, along with a modest kitchenette. The kitchenette has plenty of cabinet space for groceries, a mini-refrigerator, microwave, and modest sink. There's also a toaster oven, toaster, and coffee maker. We provide cookware, silverware, plates, and cups, so you'll have everything you need. For dining out, there are many great options close by, some within walking or a short drive from Landmark. If you'd prefer to stay in, food delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash are fashionable in the area.

After a long day, relax in one of the two double beds, which are set in front of a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. There's a dresser to help you unpack and settle in. Across from the beds, you'll find the futon with an electric fireplace above it, which adds warmth and comfort to the space. A second wall-mounted TV is positioned across from the couch. The dining table with three chairs offers a nice spot for meals or appreciating some time together.

Step out onto your private balcony and savor the fresh air. The balcony provides a courtyard view of the resort and has outdoor seating for you to relax and take in the surroundings.

The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and WIFI.

While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not allowed to use the food and drink outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our prices reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

We are confident that you are going to appreciate this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest! Please keep in mind that this rental is privately owned and managed, and we have no affiliation with the resort staff, resort maintenance, or resort housekeeping. Should you have any maintenance or housekeeping needs, or have any questions, be sure to reach out to us directly so we can help!

Myrtle Beach rental property booking tips:

Cost saving strategies:

  • June, July, and August are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring is a good way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Many management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guide magazines which include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

Filter your search:

  • Begin by selecting potential vacation weeks and a budget.
  • Note the number bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. Colorful Landmark Studio! Sleeps 6 Guests! Landmark Resort 620 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rental home search.
  • Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts is generally accessible online. If you don't see them listed, email or call the property management company before reserving the vacation home. Remember that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches. You'll need to determine what is right for your group.
  • Are you visiting for a specific event or attraction? Use a map search to browse nearby properties.
  • Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all required amenities are included before booking.
  • Remember to include your furry companions! Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Pet fees or costs might be applied to your invoice.

Some things to know before you go:

  • Take a copy of the host's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental property.
  • Document any issues with the property upon arrival, and immediately contact the property manager. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are very helpful if a dispute is filed.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, television set or coffee maker. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief call prevents many concerns.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will enhance your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are an incredible source for finding the best local spots.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Lock your vacation home while you're out. Keep your property safe!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your family have a wonderful time? Most rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
