Welcome to Landmark 620! This comfortable studio is thoughtfully decorated and offers two double beds and a futon, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Located on the 6th floor, it's ideal for a modest family or a group of friends looking to relax and appreciate their stay.
As you enter, you'll find the bathroom on your left. It features a vanity with granite countertops, an upsized mirror, and good overhead lighting. There's also a shower/tub combo and a toilet, with enough space to keep your things organized. We provide fresh bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, and linens to make your stay more cozy. You'll also find starter toiletries, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.
Further into the studio, you'll find the main living and sleeping area, along with a modest kitchenette. The kitchenette has plenty of cabinet space for groceries, a mini-refrigerator, microwave, and modest sink. There's also a toaster oven, toaster, and coffee maker. We provide cookware, silverware, plates, and cups, so you'll have everything you need. For dining out, there are many great options close by, some within walking or a short drive from Landmark. If you'd prefer to stay in, food delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash are fashionable in the area.
After a long day, relax in one of the two double beds, which are set in front of a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. There's a dresser to help you unpack and settle in. Across from the beds, you'll find the futon with an electric fireplace above it, which adds warmth and comfort to the space. A second wall-mounted TV is positioned across from the couch. The dining table with three chairs offers a nice spot for meals or appreciating some time together.
Step out onto your private balcony and savor the fresh air. The balcony provides a courtyard view of the resort and has outdoor seating for you to relax and take in the surroundings.
The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and WIFI.
While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not allowed to use the food and drink outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our prices reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
