The Space:
Welcome to your next vacation - Compass Cove Resort located in striking Myrtle Beach, SC!
Our beachfront condo is conveniently located in the heart of Myrtle Beach. It’s attractively located less than 5 mins. from Myrtle Beach Airport, tons of local dining options, the Whispering Pines Golf Course, mini-golf and amusement parks.
It is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! This newly refreshed condo comfortably sleeps 6 and features two Queen beds and a murphy bed. The unit is ideal for a couple, group of friends or family beach getaway. Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies.
Compass cove features some the best amenities available at any resort in Myrtle Beach. Onsite there are twenty-three spectacular pool features including both indoor and out pools, three lazy rivers, seven hot tubs, kiddie pools, splash pads, other water and game attractions.
Parking: Simple access private parking lot with secured entry. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorbikes, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.
Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad.
Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities! Ocean vistas from the kitchen!
Living Area: Seating! TV. Murphy pull down. Balcony access.
Bed Area: 2 queen beds. TV.
Bathroom: Full bathtub and shower.
Balcony: Private balcony with an unobstructed oceanview. 7th floor!
Beach: Walk a few mins. through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels included but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Water Conveniences: HOA owned and operated. Twenty-three striking pool features. All of the water amenities, with the exception of 2 outdoor pools are heated (there are outdoor pools that are heated). Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.

Guests will have the condo to themselves. RENTAL OF THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY FORM OF FRONT-DESK SERVICE OR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, HOUSEKEEPING. All the pools except the indoor section with the water slides ARE available. 2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events entirely agree to those terms.
