This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo fits up to 6 people. it's ideal hideaway for a golf weekend, family vacation, or snowbird winter rental as it offers all of the amenities of home .
It is modernly decorated and is located on the 2nd floor in the Magnolia Pointe with an elevator . The condo has an open floor plan with a completely equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with a 65" intelligent TV and access to a great screened and windproof patio area. The patio area has a patio couch and chairs to savor one's morning coffee.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a high-quality bed to feel like home and a full bathroom with a refreshed modern screen shower door.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be put together to make one king bed if needed and a full bathroom that also has access from the living room to share.
The living room, has a couch and 2 comfortable chairs, is a great place to play a board games, Xbox, or just watch a movie with the whole family after a long, busy day.
The condo comes equipped with a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, WIFI, board games, an Xbox, and playpen.
Just a short walk from the condo is a shining outdoor swimming pool. Magnolia Pointe also features a BBQ grille areas for guests to use. Personal grilles are not allowed at the complex.
All linens and bath towels are included. For your convenience, this home includes complimentary parking.
