This home is located on the South side of Ocean Lakes, but it is on a cavernous road and has plenty of PARKING!

Unwind on the enormous, covered front porch, boasting outdoor dining and propane grille. This home is completely supplied with a full kitchen, including a dishwasher. Washer & Dryer available in the shed.
You'll also have access to beach chairs & sand toys for the kiddos.

Inside, there is cable TV in every room, and a supplied kitchen for preparing meals, including a dishwasher.

*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 7-days after your stay is complete.

**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/nighttime). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking costs are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.

MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the home. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS. Drivers of the golf cart must be 21 years of age, with a drivers license.

Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
• Property managers often offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
