This Recently refreshed OCEANFRONT cutie is located in the Iconic Atlantica One Building, it's your Clean, Cozy getaway to return to at the end of each beach day! It offers a great, calming stay with 2 queen sized beds, 1 bath, 1 Kitchenette, 2 guests closets, modest chatting areas with your adore ones with coffee or a glass of wine in hand and looking at amazing ocean to make the best memories. Modest dining/makeup/work station in bedroom 1.

It was set up to have that comfortable hotel beach vibe that's so trendy at Myrtle. It’s a privately owned condo on the 10th floor--END UNIT with INCREDIBLE OCEANFRONT VIEW. We've got so many compliments on our BEST COMFY Mattresses which to help you sleep like infant and comfortable DUVET FOR THE LUXURY, PERFECT NIGHT'S OF SLEEP..... Sizable and Super clear LG 4k UHD Intelligent TVs ( Movie nights!! ), also New furnishings, kitchen cabinets, linens, towels, etc. so many goodies to offer.

Top notch accommodation, central location to everything, and of course waking up to the Ocean!! We believe you and your appreciate ones will enjoy this home as much as we do.

Friend reminder: NO-SMOKING inside the Unit and on Balcony, No Animals, No events, subject to $250 fine each.
Minimum age requirement is 21 years old to book a reservation, NO more than 4 people in condo at any time. There’re cameras in lobby and elevator can be used to verify number of guests, $250 fine for Extra guests.
* No smoking inside the Unit and Balcony! No family pets, No events, any signs of these subject to $250.00 fine each.
* Please take your trash out during your stay to prevent bugs. Wash all dishes that were used.
* We provide the great and clean towels for our guests to use, please take care of them, we do charge for missing, STAINED linens, bath towels and Linens.( Replacement fee up to $60.00)
* Please DO NOT take our bath towels out of room to pools and beach.
* Please keep the Patio door Closed when you Use HVAC to make sure our HVAC system is not running hard, so you and other guests can be very comfortable when HVAC stay in a Good Condition.
* Conveniences that are listed such as Resort pools, hot tubs, etc. MAY or MAY NOT be available at your time of arrival, could be closed due to maintenance, upgrades or simply just the time of year ( we have no control over of this). No refunds due to this.
*Airbnb Damage Claim: We sincerely wish you all have a great vacation and enjoy your stay at our oceanfront condo. Please treat our home as your own and we would greatly enjoy it. If guest breaks something beyond normal wear and tear, missing items, we would have to file a claim through Airbnb Resolution Center.
* Check out is by 10am. Please place used towels in towel hampers in bathroom, take all the trash out. Do not set trash bags outside your door, it will resulting a charge from the HOA for clean up. You will be charged also if this occurs, please help us keep the property clean and safe for everybody
