Location: Our centrally located, handsome home, ideally located for convenience is only 10 fast mins. from the airport and the pristine beaches of Myrtle Beach State Park. Located in a peaceful family community, it is safe and located close to fashionable family activities. Our calming area accepts you to escape the hustle and bustle of busy downtown Myrtle Beach and traffic. The home is one street from the Intracoastal Waterway.
Welcome to our home: You, your family and friends (and furry friend) are warmly invited to be our guests at my cavernous 2500 sq ft, Custom A frame home in Myrtle Beach. Unwind in our serene home, complete with a 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and open floor plan, attractively decorated in sea colors. Unwind and relax as you marvel at the huge, open living room with humongous windows.
TV/WIFI/Office: Catch up on your favorite shows on the supplied (4) TVs, or tackle your work assignments in your own office with desk using complimentary very fast high speed 527 Mbps Wifi.

Full self check-in with intelligent lock at 3:30. Instructions given on day of check in. Manager on premises to assist.
Minimum Age: 24+ must be present at home during stay. No one under 21, unless they are kids of the parent or guardian. House rules supplied. Violation of rules is grounds for removal from property without refund.
Up to 2 Animals welcome, up to 50 pounds. Rabies certificate required.
