NOTES:
- The outdoor spa is currently closed until further notice due to an issue with the sand filter drain plug. The plug has broken, and in order to replace it, we will need to shovel out the sand from the filter.
- Starting 3/17/2025, the HOA will begin the work for the deck repairs / coating and the balcony sliding door pin replacements. The exterior work will start on the top floor and work down on each tower by scaffolding. Guests may experience construction noise during the day, and some vistas may be partially obstructed. We apologize for any inconvenience and enjoy your understanding as the work is finished.
Balcony Sliding Door Pin Replacement:
The engineer noted that balcony sliding door pins have begun to pull away from the ceilings. This requires repair to ensure a proper functioning slider. Depending on the unit, there may be some drywall and/or painting required after the concrete repair.

Tips to get the optimal Myrtle Beach vacation property experience:
When to book a Myrtle Beach rental home & When to go:
- The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your rental 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
- Booking in the Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes.
- Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
- Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.
- Many management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guide magazines which will include money-saving deals, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a partnership between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
How to choose and book the rightrental home:
- First, have your family select date ranges and a budget.
- Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. Direct Oceanfront at Meridian Plaza, Pools, Views! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is almost always accessible on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, call the property management company before booking your rental. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds.
- Some rentals allow pets, and others don't. Allowable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask your host about pet restrictions before booking.
- If there's a certain Myrtle Beach beach you simply love, search for rentals that are either near by, or those that cater to your desires.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental.
Some things to know before you go:
- Store the host's information in your smartphone.
- Property managers are available to help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Lock your rental while you're out and about. Protect your property!
- Note any issues with the rental at check in, and immediately send them to the property manager. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are valuable if there is a dispute.
- Respect your neighbors. Often times, adjacent homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can often help. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
- Re-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did you have a great stay? Many rental managers make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your property and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
