This rental is a 1-bedroom condo which accepts for privacy and separation from the main living space and sleeping area. This condo offers a private balcony with endless vistas of the Atlantic Ocean.



Upon entering the condo, guests will find the bedroom to the right. This bedroom features 2 queen size beds, a nighttime stand, TV with basic cable, and a dresser for storage. This room is ideal for 2-4 guests.



There is a full sized kitchen in this vacation rental. Guests will have access to a refrigerator / freezer, full size stove, top-mounted microwave, kitchen sink, and cabinet space. The kitchen is fully supplied with basic cookware, silverware, dishes and cups, and everything you'll need to prepare a meal or snack! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of exceptional dining options within a short walk/ride or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Post Mates have become very trendy food delivery options along the Grandiose Strand.



Just off from the kitchen, guests will have access to a full size washer and dryer. Behind the kitchen is where the full bathroom is located. The bathroom features a full size tub / shower, vanity, upsized mirror, cabinets for storage, toilet, and tile floor.

Entering the living room, there is a full sized murphy bed ideal for sleeping 1-2 guests. The living room also features a dining table and chairs, TV with basic cable, and access to the oceanfront balcony. This is a ideal rental for a couple, group of friends, or a family! Located on the 16th floor of Sandy Beach Resort, the view from the balcony is beautiful, and many of our guests have spotted dolphins and pretty sunsets!





Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are supplied. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. Past guests really appreciate the space, and we savor the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.
