The Space:

Meridian Plaza is located centrally in Myrtle Beach, very close to many attractions. It is close to eateries, stores, entertainment, and other attractions. The kitchen has a refrigerator, range, microwave/range hood, along with a bar table to savor meals in your condo. The bedroom features a queen bed with a Tempurpedic bed, for additional sleeping space.



The resort does provide towels for the pool area, however asks for guests not to bring them to the beach. Please bring your beach towels along with any beach accessories.

Guest Access:

You have access to all the amenities, except for the breakfast area.



Upon arrival, you would need to go to the front desk in order to obtain only ONE car pass.

The resort features an oceanfront pool deck with an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, indoor water amenities - onsite parking. The kitchen has a refrigerator, range, microwave/range hood, along with a dining table to enjoy meals in your condo. A sizable swimming pool by the ocean along with a great indoor pool. Just steps from the beach.



Getting Around:

Close to airport, taxi, uber and rental cars.



Other Things to Note:

NOTE: HOA will have a sliding glass door replacement project is scheduled to begin Monday, October 5, 2026, and to run through Saturday, December 19, 2026. In addition to the doors themselves, the project includes concrete repair at the door openings,

installation of composite curbs, and replacement of exterior sealants.

I give my guests space but am available when needed
