The brand new king bed is located along the blue feature wall and there is enough space to accommodate 2 guests in the apartment. This space also features two bar stools along the island area, a enormous wall mounted flatscreen TV, a modest seating area located in the nook by the bed, and access to the oceanfront balcony! Many guests have spotted dolphins from the balcony, and the sunrise and sunsets are beautiful.
The full-size bathroom is located to the right when you walk through the main door. The bathroom features a standard shower/tub, toilet, and vanity.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. Our top Vacation rental booking tips and tricks:
Find your perfect vacation home:
- Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. To book the most suitable rental home for your budget, we recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
- Hosts sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
- Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.
- Many rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guide magazines which will include special offers, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Finding the best vacation rental in the Myrtle Beach area:
- First, have your group select the best dates and a maximum budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the configuration your group requires. Direct Oceanfront King Suite with Gorgeous Views! Palace Resort 1501 - Sleeps 2 guests! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is commonly accessible on booking websites. If they are not listed, contact the host before reserving the home. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which often includes pull out couches in living rooms. You will need to establish what is best for your vacation family.
- Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional pet fees or may be applied to your agreement.
- Visiting for a single event? If so, use a map search to locate nearby rentals.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
More considerations:
- Add the property manager's information to your phone. Understand and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, television set or coffee maker. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent quite a few concerns.
- Keep your rental home locked while you are out! Don't let burglars ruin your vacation.
- To ensure that damages aren't linked to your family's visit, inspect for any problem areas during arrival. Make contact with the host immediately to document your findings. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be useful.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud visitors disrupting your peaceful neighborhood. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and scenic spots you would have never otherwise known about!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Walk through the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Did you have a great stay? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was out of order and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
