The Space:

Appreciate your next vacation at Compass Cove Resort, a highly sought after location. This complex is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, SC!



Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is ideal for a couple or modest family beach getaway.



Parking: Simple access private parking lot with secured entry. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorbikes, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.



Entry: Elevator Available! Self check-in. Intelligent keypad.



Kitchen: Conveniences galore.



Living Area: Murphy bed. Stunning vistas!



Bed Area: 2 queen beds.



Bathroom: Bathtub and shower.



Balcony: Private balcony with a peaceful oceanview.



Beach: Walk a few mins. through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Water Conveniences: HOA owned and operated. All of the water amenities, with the exception of 2 outdoor pools are heated (there are outdoor pools that are heated). Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the condo to themselves. RENTAL OF THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY FORM OF FRONT-DESK SERVICE OR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, HOUSEKEEPING. All the pools except the indoor section with the water slides ARE available. Commercially owned features include front desk services, the water slides, the Tiki Bar, Joe's Coffee Bar, Compass Rose Restaurant, Crow's Nest, laundry room, Arcade, gift shop, business center, and exercise room - these are not available for your use with this condo.



The Neighborhood:

The unit is located in Compass Cove - located in a highly desired section of Myrtle Beach. Myrtle Beach Airport is about 2.3 miles.



Getting Around:

2 parking passes. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.



Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events completely agree to those terms.



No family pets. Max guest count is 6.



The HOA conducts scheduled pest control treatments throughout the complex. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not included, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.
