Located in the highly sought after less busy cabana section of the “Golden Mile”. Endless ocean vistas at this TRUE one bedroom, 1.5 baths condo at Forest Dunes.
The building is located with a few others on the ocean side of a oceanside exercise trail complete with workout stations positioned along the path.
• Towels, washcloths and linens are included for your stay and you are not charged an additional linen package fee. You’re on vacation - no need to bring all that with you.

• Wristbands are required to access pool areas and lobby space after and before hours. Great to know only authorized guests can access the space.
• Private Beach access is just across the (not too busy) road through the cabana lot owned by the complex which not open to the public. No walking through busy decks and patios to get the surf and sand.
• This is a no smoking and no vaping property including the cabana and condo balconies. Smoking area is located behind the parking deck. Appreciate the sights, sounds and SMELLS of VITAMIN SEA!

• Service animals recognized under the ADA must be registered as per the HOA rules and regulations.
• Parking pass must be displayed while parked on property.
• Onsite coin operated laundry facility.
• Smoking/Vaping is prohibited on all areas of the property and stringently enforced. Violators will be subject to immediate removal and subject to the fines and penalties imposed by the resort.
• Cleaning supplies are used that are not harmful to humans but can be toxic to animals.
