Guest Access:
Sands Ocean Club is now requiring pool bands. There is no fee for it. Our guests will pick them up from the front desk.
Key for the suite is magnetic key card access.
Other Things to Note:
Guests will need to check in at the front desk with a Valid ID that matches the name on the reservation and get their keycard and passes. We will need to collect the guests home address to register their booking with the resort prior to check in. There will be a $30 per day trash removal fee, parking and passes that will be collected at the front desk.
All rooms managed by us are entirely furnished and equipped with basic kitchen silverware such as silverware and plates/bowls.
For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only some of our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.
Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a modest fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not supplied by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.
Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must me made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.

In the event of a mandatory evacuation order for our area, a full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with a higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).
