GUEST ACCESS
Guests have private access to the studio and shared access to the outdoor pool and game lounge. One complimentary parking space is supplied. Entry is completely keyless.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION (PLEASE READ)
• No Smoking: 100% smoke-complimentary property. Smoking, vaping, or burning incense is prohibited inside units and common areas. A $200 violation fee applies for any evidence of smoking.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

• Self Check-In & Support: No on-site front desk. Remote guest support is available 24/7, with local cleaning and maintenance partners on call as needed.

• Online Check-In Required: Guests must complete online check-in prior to arrival to receive access codes.

• Security Deposit: A $200 security deposit (preauthorization hold) is required at check-in and released after checkout if no damages or policy violations occur.

• Laundry Service: Wash, dry, and fold service available upon request, subject to availability.

• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please request in advance.

• Parking: One complimentary parking space per unit. Additional cars require prior approval and may incur additional costs.

• Mid-Stay Cleaning: Optional mid-stay cleanings available for an additional fee.

• Animals & Service Animals: Family Pets are not allowed. Certified service animals are welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines. Emotional support animals (ESAs) are not allowed. Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning related to service animals.
