The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 18th floor, completely refreshed, studio apartment at The Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach. This apartment is entirely furnished with 1 queen size bed, and 1 queen sleeper couch. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 4 guests.
This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller and do not have the updates that this unit offers! This layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! In the Summer of 2020, major renovations took place in the unit in an effort to make your experience much more delightful.
First, all carpet was removed, and new porcelain tile was installed. The old cabinets were removed, and new ones were installed. Stunning, blue granite countertops were installed in the kitchen, as well as brand new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen features a full size fingerprint resistant refrigerator, slide-in stove / oven, and a stainless steel dishwasher. The white cabinets, aqua blue countertops, and stainless appliances compliment each other very well. We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family. Unlike many units, this listing also features a full-size dishwasher as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.
The living space is just as special! The homeowners have installed a new 43 inch flat screen TV and freshly painted the entire apartment. The sectional couch is brand new as of 2020 and converts to a queen bed. The couch also has storage capabilities underneath! The queen-sized bed faces the 18th floor balcony, and guests can literally wake up to countless ocean vistas. Our guests will also appreciate their own personal breakfast bar overlooking the Atlantic Ocean that also features granite countertops and bar stools. Our visitors appreciate being able to sit at the bar, savor a meal, or simply soak in the charming vistas.
The bathroom was also modernized during the remodel process. The bathroom is full-size and features a walk-in, tile shower with glass doors, tile floors, new vanity, and new toilet. Everything is brand new as of July 2020!
The homeowner spared no expense and even updated some of the smaller accents in the apartment. New illuminating electrical outlets, new light fixtures, new ceiling fan, all new furnishings, new floor, new paint, brand new AC system, new appliances, and the list goes on!
The living room is really the most calming area of the entire apartment. This apartment was handsomely decorated, and the fresh paint and modern decor are great touches that really make this rental one-of-a-kind! The updates in this apartment were inspired by the Greek Santorini Island, and we couldn't be happier to host you in the near future!
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests appreciate the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.
We are confident that you are going to adore this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest. See you soon!
****** Please note that affective from now 10/02 through further notice the modest indoor spa is closed for renovations, but the pools are open!*********

Our top Rental booking tips and tricks:
How to get the best rental home value:
- Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of SC. To find the best value, shift your vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warmer temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
- Some property management companies offer rate reductions for veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
- Management companies and individual rental owners often offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach area magazine upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great articles, visitor guide magazines have discounts for local accommodations, tours and attractions.
Make a plan and choose the rightvacation home:
- Select your dates and spending budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your family needs. Fully Renovated Apartment with ENDLESS Views! Palace Resort 1805 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rental home search.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is almost always accessible on booking websites. If not, email or call the host before reserving the vacation home. Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds and bunks.
- Some rentals allow pets, and some do not. Acceptable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask the property management company about pets before booking.
- Are you visiting for a specific event? Use a map search to browse nearby properties.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available before booking
More considerations for your visit:
- Get the owner's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental.
- Hosts are available to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
- Lock your rental home while you're away. Protect your property!
- Make a record of any issues with the property at check in, and immediately e-mail them to the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be beneficial if a dispute is filed.
- Be respectful. Often, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can frequently help. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected everything. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Go through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.
- After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on great reviews to compel future bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your experience find their best vacation rental. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
