Just a short distance on 501 to Myrtle beaches, most extraordinary beaches! This warm and comfortable condo will provide long lasting memories…winter units welcome. Condo is on the 3rd top floor. No elevator access. Myrtle Beach is not required elevator access for 3 floors and less.

• Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable vacationers disrupting your peace and quiet. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and scenic spots you would've not otherwise known!
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
• When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your family have a wonderful stay? Most rental websites make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
