This is a highly desired golf area and peaceful complex that brings in repeat visitors every year. You will savor spending your vacation in this refreshed condo while only being a couple mins. away from golf courses & a few miles away from our shoreline.

The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which accepts you to avoid enclosed hallways/busy check in areas!

Parking: Gated community. Simple access private parking lot. You are allowed 2 cars. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: 2nd floor - stairs required! Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Totally outfitted - includes cups, plates, silverware, coffee pot (uses filters & cups), pots and pans, and more!

Family room: Savor the golf front screened in balcony via sliding glass doors. Sleeper couch!

Bedroom 1: King bed. Bathroom attached.

Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds!

Bathroom 2: In the hallway.

Porch: Cavernous and calming. Direct golf course view!

Conveniences: Outdoor community pool, hot tub, indoor pool, tennis courts, gazebo, area w/ waterway vistas. Subject to operating hours/times by the HOA.

Golf clubhouse: Drive just .5 miles up to the River Oaks Golf Clubhouse or World Tour to start your day on the courses (golf costs apply). Others close by as well!

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels included but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community amenities, and, of course, the highly recognized golf courses close by (additional costs apply).

The Neighborhood:
This unit is in Waterway Village - a highly desired spot in Myrtle Beach. It’s a family friendly complex that is within a fast drive to many golf courses and all of the most trendy attractions!

Getting Around:
Painless access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pools, hot tubs, parking tons, grounds, etc.
Feel complimentary to bring your golf clubs, beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

There is a key fob in the unit that is required to access the amenities. If a guests loses/misplaces the key fob, the guest is responsible for a $300 replacement fee.

Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
