The trendy Broadway at the Beach-- with stores, amusement rides, eateries, Bars, music, etc--- is also less than a 5 min. drive away. We will ensure your smooth check-in with intelligent lock entry code and CLEAN place for your well deserved vacation!!

*POOL use: MISSING pool fabs will be charged $100/each, pool bands: $50/each.
*House rules violation ( pet, any kind of smoking, event) is subject to $250 fine/additional cleaning cost and will be removed from the property.
*No refund due to pool maintenance, we have numerous pools in the neighborhood you can use. There’re 2 pool key fobs supplied, missing or lost will be fined $100/each by HOA, please make sure to return those.
*Please clean dishes you used and take trash out during your stay.
* Must be Clean and Respectful guest and treat it like your own. We enjoy you.
