Our condo is the ideal spot for your vacation!

Whether visiting for a family hideaway at the beach, golfing, or one of the many events in the area, you've found the right place to stay. The unit is located on the second floor, a handsome and comfortable condo located in the heart of Myrtle Beach (Magnolia Place), constructed around the Myrtlewood Golf Club. Just off the bypass, mins. from the beach and all main attractions!

The kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics (newly refreshed).

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, very roomy condo. (King, 2 Twin Beds, and Queen Pullout Couch). A washer and dryer are available in the unit.

The kitchen is completely equipped with all basics (freshly modernized). The dining area is open to the living room.

Featuring a Bluetooth® enabled stereo speaker and an integrated LED light and nighttime lights, this Homewerks bathroom exhaust fan is ideal for the tech-savvy homeowner with a want to stream audio into their bathroom.

** There is no smoking of any kind inside the condo **

The entire Condo is yours with no sharing (keyless entry). Guests have access to the whole place. Owners are NOT on the premises while guests are occupying the space.

Seven seasonal pools on the property are for your use with bracelets. Access the pools with wristbands (2 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer). All 2 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out (there is a $100 charge for each lost or broken wristband).

Motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on-premises.

There are peaceful hours in the community after 10 pm; there are no events. Anyone caught smoking inside the unit will be charged a $200 fee.

* Since some guests have allergies, Family Pets are NOT allowed. In case of finding any evidence that family pets were on the unit, the guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee and a penalty surcharge of $350.
* Only the initial amount of toiletries, paper towels, and toilet paper supplied; guests should bring their extras.
* Bedsheets are included (one set per bed)
* Bath towels are supplied (one per guest, must not leave unit)
* Bring your beach towels (do not use bath towels)
* Condo is inspected before your arrival to ensure all is clean and working correctly.

Located near the beach, this property is in Central Myrtle Beach, a neighborhood in Myrtle Beach. Broadway at the Beach and Coastal Grand Mall are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Myrtle Beach Beaches and Myrtle Beach State Park. Ripley's Aquarium and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach are not to be missed.

June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. To get the best value, try shifting your family's Myrtle Beach trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
Inspect the rental a final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition.
