Located on the second floor with convenient elevator access, this condo features a private balcony overlooking the lake — the ideal spot for morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach. Guests savor access to 7 community pools throughout Magnolia Pointe, as well as breathtaking walking paths around the property. The HOA provides 8 pool passes per reservation.

Roku Intelligent TVs, reliable WiFi, and in-unit washer and dryer add comfort and convenience throughout your stay.
PET POLICY
Dogs are welcome (1 dog max., under 35 lbs) with a $200 non-returnable pet fee. Dogs must be crated if left unattended. Dogs must be on leash at all times when outdoors and owners must pick up after their family pets per HOA rules. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning.

HOME GUIDELINES
Primary renter must be 23 years or older. No events or events. No smoking inside the unit. Quiet hours and community rules are enforced per Magnolia Pointe HOA guidelines. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
