PET POLICY

Dogs are welcome with a max. of 1 dog under 35 lbs and a non returnable pet fee of $200. Dogs must be crated if left unattended. Dogs must be on leash at all times when outdoors and owners must clean up after their family pets per HOA rules. Guests are responsible for any pet related damage or excessive cleaning.
