This condo offers a ton of amenities such as a game room, exercise center, outdoor pool, outdoor splash area for kids, indoor heated pool, indoor lazy river and hot tub. Ideal hideaway for families or couples even in the off season. On the ground level there is also a mini market and a to go restaurant/ bar and grille that is open all year round with a very huge selection of food, ice cream, alcoholic beverages, etc. We are very close to Myrtle beach airport, Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center, Broadway at the Beach, Tanger outlets, Myrtle beach state park along with tons of other parks within a 10mi radius. Many eateries and golf courses close by. Truly a prime location! The resort has received a makeover. Come appreciate a new indoor lazy river and newly refreshed outdoor and indoor pool with splash area for kids. All balconies have been remodeled as well. Other important information. Each unit is allotted 2 parking passes for their stay. There is a parking garage attached to the resort. If you have a lifted truck and are worried about entrance there is an overflow lot across the street available for parking with parking pass no trailers or RVs are allowed to be parked there.
