Our pretty home is located in the MH Section on the corner of Dick Pond Drive and Campground Road.
Recently constructed in 2019, the home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths which include 2 queen beds and 1 full bed.
Our cavernous deck with additional side porch (my favorite spot) will allow you to appreciate the sun or shade, while appreciating a constant breeze and lake view.
Once returning from the beach, you will take enjoyment in our outdoor shower with hot/cold water.
The home will sleep 6 comfortably. We recommend no more than 4 adults and 2 kids.
Each bedroom is equipped with cable and intelligent TV’s along with Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is completely equipped with new stainless appliances and impressive soft close cabinets.
Wonderful outdoor seating underneath with a sectional couch and tv. Stunning lake vistas.

We do not allow family pets or smoking.
You must be 25 years old to rent and be present the entire stay.

Parking passes are in addition to the rent and are $15.00 per day per car (to be paid to Ocean Lakes). $12 if purchased prior to 10 days of arrival.
