Now the details:
Location is EVERYTHING when going to the beach! This place is the ideal combination of location (corner lot, 300 yards / 3 min walk to the beach and steps away from the lake) and value (with surrounding homes charging a more expensive rate).
Savor wide open spaces with a lake and an ocean view from the porch and sunroom (see photos for example) of this incredible home, “Sea Your Bliss.” This gorgeous 3 bedroom home includes a L shaped (very sizable) deck / porch and ALL the amenities including dishwasher, oven, microwave, washer / dryer, cable and high speed Internet. A top notch golf cart is also supplied for a $10 a day fee with this rental!
This 800 sf 3 BR home is BIG on location. It’s on a wide open corner lot. Unlike other Ocean Lakes homes, this home is not surrounded by other towering homes and there is actually a view from the covered deck / porch. Sitting out on the porch or in the sunroom, you can see a close by lake. Also, if you look out the sunroom window you can see a view of the ocean in the distance - 300 yards away! That is a 38 second golf cart ride or a short 2 min. walk to the ocean!
The covered L-shaped deck / porch is very enormous. You could savor the covered deck all day - plop down a cooler with cold drinks and stay a while. This is a GREAT spot for hanging out, listening to tunes, grilling burgers or seafood on the grille, having great food, drinks and laughs, with family or friends, without stepping inside the home!
The home is completely furnished with solid wood floors, vinyl plank floor in the kitchen, dining area and bathroom and carpet in the bedrooms. Two bedrooms include one queen bed each. A third smaller bedroom has twin bunk beds suitable for kids or young adults. There is a comfortable daybed in the sunroom, and a sleeper couch in the living room, if needed.
The bathroom has been refreshed in recent years with handsome subway tiling in the shower and a granite countertop sink (see pics).
For those rare rainy days, there are FOUR intelligent TVs with cable (living room and all the bedrooms). The intelligent TVs include Netflix / amazon prime (you must have your own account for access). Also the intelligent TVs allow for Apple airplay - you can stream from your iPhone and watch it on the TV for all to see! Board games and books are also available!
*Parking spaces at the property are limited to 2 cars ONLY - Ocean Lakes charges $15 per day, per car parking fee that is payable to Ocean Lakes Family Campground. If there are more than two cars, overflow parking would have to be utilized (which is still $15/car / day).
NOTE: The parking prices of $15 are effective as of January 1st 2023. Please note that since I do not know the number of cars arriving, $15 / car is NOT supplied with the cost of the rental. You would be in contact with Ocean Lakes to provide the exact numbers of cars and dates of arrivals, and you would pay for that separately!

However, you should bring your own paper products (TP / Paper towels) soap, dishwashing / laundry detergent etc. Sometimes non-perishable items are left behind (such as detergent, salt, pepper, oil, cooking spray, spices, paper towels, trash bags etc) so you may want to check available inventory upon arrival then do your grocery shopping. Please note beach towels are NOT supplied with the linens! Please bring your own!
We are also including an electric premium golf car. The fee for use is $10 a day, which essentially covers our maintenance of the golf car over the years. This price is much more competitive than renting a golf car at Ocean Lakes. Also, if you bring your own golf car instead (and provide a pic of your golf car on site), I'll waive the $10 a day fee! The $10 a day fee will show up as "property fee" on your Vacation Rental By Owner invoice. Must provide proof of valid Drivers License to operate, be at least 18 years old, and stringently abide by campground rules. Golf Cart is not allowed off the Ocean Lakes Property. If previous renters have violated campground rules and the homes golf cart privileges have been taken away then the golf cart will not be available (you will be notified if this occurs).

Get the most from your spending budget:
- Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Summertime is the most expensive season in Myrtle Beach. Reserve your Myrtle Beach vacation in the Fall or Spring to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
