Our unit is located on the sixth floor of this pristine 29 story high rise. Our 310 sq foot terrace accepts you to savor beautiful sunrises and the calming sound of the ocean along with the white sands of the beach below.

Mother Nature says it all at this location.

All that’s between our condo and the ocean is two swimming pools and a hot tub. The unit itself is very roomy and opulent. It is a home away from home.

We have received many compliments on the locations of many eateries and shows. Seeing is believing.
We have freshly replaced the queen size bed in the master for comfort as per one of our regular renter requests
