The actual 2 bedroom unit in this listing will be assigned at the resort the week of your arrival. Seawatch is but one of the 200+ Wyndham resorts where reservations may be pursued.

This is a timeshare resort. You are not required to attend any resort timeshare selling meeting. This is not to say that you will not be invited to do so. If and when asked, simply say "No Thanks!"

You will make a entirely returnable $250 security deposit by credit card at check-in which will cover possible damages or optional charges made to your condo.
