- Guests may temporarily park in the loading/unloading area to bring suitcases and belongings into the condo
- Once inside, pick up the parking permit from the entry console table
- After unloading, please park your car in the complimentary parking deck directly across the street

The condo is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and building access. Resort-managed security cameras operate in common areas only. Pool areas are unsupervised and follow resort rules. Balcony, ocean, and recreational amenities require adult supervision for kids.

Moving or rescheduling reservation dates is not allowed after the cancellation window closes.
