Palace 2014 at Big Fish Units. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on the 20th floor of the Palace Resort has a private balcony and is uniquely located in the resort. It has a sizable living room area, 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, and one queen sleeper couch. Can sleep up to 7 guests. The condo has handsome floor and decor, granite countertops, and a completely equipped kitchen with a table. It also has high-speed Wi-Fi, a high standard of cleaning, and complimentary onsite parking.



The Space:

Palace 2014 at Big Fish Units. This condo is located in a gorgeous oceanfront resort, and it has striking vistas of the ocean and the city from every room! It was newly modernized, and it has a dining room table where you can appreciate meals while looking out at the ocean. The resort has indoor hot tubs and heated pools, and it is handsomely landscaped.



Guest Access:

This rental includes the entire space as well as access to the building's amenities. We want you to feel at home during your stay. Please, don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.



The Neighborhood:

Palace 2014 at Big Fish Units. This rental is in a central location in Myrtle Beach. It's just steps from the beach, where you can walk, swim in the pools, or dine at the onsite eateries. You're also a short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Plus, many of the area's trendy attractions, eateries, golf courses, and shopping are just a short drive away.



Getting Around:

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo, which accepts you to rent a car from someone who owns it. If you would like me to host you on your trip, please send me a message now.



Other Things to Note:

This is a privately owned condo, not a hotel room. It is a non-smoking room. Please treat this unit as you would your own home. We will do our best to address any issues that arise as quickly as possible; however, there is no on-site manager available 24/7. Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, as well as starter supplies of trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper. Hair dye and candles are not allowed inside the property. Please note that this condo does not have access to the on-site gym, and the couch is for seating only and is not a sleeper couch.



If you have a service animal, please fill this out and return to the HOA office.

The one time $5.00 fee can either be charged to your account or paid via check made out to The Palace HPR.

NOTE: Please note that hair dyeing is not allowed in the unit. Any stains or damage caused by hair dye to towels, linens, furnishings, bathroom fixtures, walls, or other property items will result in an additional fine.
