Our 2,400 sq. ft. five bedroom condominium located on the 15th floor offers expansive ocean vistas with calming ocean breezes from the sizable private wrap around balcony. The balcony can be accessed from the living room and master bedroom. A entirely equipped kitchen with appliances and granite countertops.

This condominium has a huge master suite with king size bed, flat screen TV, hottub tub, separate shower and two sinks, granite countertops and enormous walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two queen size beds, flat screen TV and private bath. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with private bath, flat screen TV, private balcony with ocean view. The fourth & fifth bedrooms have ocean vistas & share a full bath, both have flat screen TV's and each has 1 queen.

The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is supplied.

House events and Groups: House events and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.
