The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 8th floor, direct ocean front, charmingly refreshed condo at the Roxanne Towers Resort in Myrtle Beach. This 1 bedroom suite is entirely furnished with 1 king bed and 1 sleeper couch.. This unique layout offers an upsized living space with a huge couch, TV with cable, a modest dining table with chairs, and gorgeous direct ocean front vistas from the private balcony right off the living area. This layout features an open floor plan making the space feel bigger and not cramped!
This apartment has been completely remodeled and features some really spectacular updates, and we can't be more excited to share them with you. To start, the entire unit was repainted with modern and welcoming colors. New tile floor was installed in the hallway leading into the vacation rental, bathroom, and kitchen area. New carpeting was installed in the bedroom and living room area. The entire apartment was furnished with brand new furnishings. In the kitchen, the new stainless steel appliances compliment the cabinets and quartz countertops tremendously! In the living room the new huge couch converts to a sleeper couch to accommodate an additional 2 guests with ease. Making this 1 bedroom able to accommodate a total of 4 guests!
As of Winter 2023, this condo had a bit of additional work finished with all new tile floor installed throughout, giving the condo such a seamless look!
Guests will enter the condo into a hallway. The master bedroom is located to the left as you walk into the unit. This bedroom features 1 king bed, two nighttime stands on either side of the bed, new intelligent TV, dresser, and closet for storage. This space is ideal for 2 guests. This bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, sink, sizable mirror, toilet, and cabinets for storage.
Making your way through the apartment, the kitchen is centrally located between the bedroom and living room. The kitchen offers full size stainless steal appliances, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, new handsome quartz countertops, and plentiful cabinet space. We provide all cookware, silverware, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are numerous eateries within a short walk or ride from the Roxanne. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very trendy food delivery options.
Entering into the living room, guests will find the most calming part of the condo! The floor plan is open and cavernous, and it features a enormous couch that converts to a sleeper couch, commercial blackout curtains, new 65" intelligent TV with digital cable, and a dining table with chairs. The large extended sliding glass doors allow our guests to get the most spectacular vistas that can be seen from the kitchen, living space, or the private balcony.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi, as well as complimentary parking. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
Our guests have access to the pool deck complete with an indoor and outdoor hot tub and lap pool that are heated even in the winter. There is also an outdoor pool and lazy river that our guests have access to as well.

The Roxanne Towers has an age restriction of 25 years and older unless accompanied during their stay by a parent or legal guardian.
