We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. This unit is not like the others at the resort, as the owners have went above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests really appreciate the space, and we enjoy the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.

Bluewater also offers many indoor and outdoor pools, onsite restaurant, mini arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before calming in this handsome unit. The resort also has a coin laundromat on the ground level that our guests can use.

Due to guest feedback, we have lowered the cleaning fee! The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

Strategies to get the best vacation home experience:

Get the best rental value:

  • Booking your vacation home in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • The sooner you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Booking websites typically offer guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
  • Often, management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides that include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a relationship between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

How to select the perfect vacation rental in the Myrtle Beach area:

  • Select your vacation dates and spending budget.
  • Determine how many beds and the bed configuration your group needs. Immaculate Ocean View Condo with Endless Ocean Views- Bluewater Resort 811 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rentals search.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is almost always available on booking pages. If not, email the property manager before booking the rental. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds in living rooms. You'll need to establish what configuration is right for your family.
  • Visiting for a single attraction or event? If so, use a map search to locate nearby rentals.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Make certain to ask about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
  • Some rental properties allow pets, but some don't. Acceptable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the owner about allowable breeds and types before booking.

More considerations:

  • Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Save the directions to your smartphone, and take a printed backup.
  • Document any issues with the rental during check in, and immediately contact the property manager. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are useful if damages are attributed to your stay.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, elevator or WIFI setup. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents lots of issues.
  • Respect your neighbors. Often, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking policies is the right thing to do.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Lock your vacation home while you are out and about. Protect your property!
  • Upon check-out, complete a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on good reviews to compel future bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your review find their best vacation rental. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
