The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 7th floor, completely refreshed king suite located at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. We are confident that you are going to appreciate this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest. See you soon!

This studio is completely furnished with 1 king bed, 1 full-size sleeper couch, and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. This unique layout offers upsized living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! Our guests savor having their own private balcony where they can relax and appreciate courtyard vistas (sometimes you can view the indoor pool when the top is retracted)! The wet bar area includes a sink, cabinet space, a microwave and a mini refrigerator! This unit features a brand new king bed, bed, and box spring as of Spring 2020. In addition, a brand new, full-size sleeper couch was installed! Brand new vinyl floor, fresh paint, and modern decor was also installed. This is really a pristine unit that has been completely updated for our guests to enjoy! The bathroom is a full-size bathroom and features a granite slab countertop, toilet, and tub/shower.

While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not allowed to use the food and drink outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our prices reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

AS OF: November 25, 2022 the Outdoor Lazy River and Kiddie pool will be closed for the season. The only outdoor amenities that will remain open will be Spa 6 and the Outdoor Pool.
