The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 6th floor apartment at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This studio is entirely furnished with 1 king size bed, and 1 full sleeper couch. A wet bar, full bathroom, and a private balcony with courtyard vistas are also supplied. This unique layout offers upsized living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! Our guests appreciate having the couch where they can relax and appreciate the 55 inch Intelligent TV! The wet bar area includes a sink, cabinet space, a microwave and a mini refrigerator! In addition, we've also installed a full size refrigerator!

This condo was completely refreshed November 2019 with new tile floor, fresh paint, new decor, all new furnishings, brand new bed and sleeper couch, new 55 inch Intelligent TV, new storage bed with LED lights, new full size refrigerator, new table and chairs, and so much more! This updated rental is one-of-a-kind and is ideal for 2-4 guests.

The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, bars, eateries, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not allowed to use the food and drink outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our prices reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Tips and Tricks to get the perfect vacation property experience:

Sticking to your rental home budget:

• Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
• Find a copy of your local visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local articles, visitor guides have discounts for nearby attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.

Choosing the best rental home:

• First and foremost, have your group decide on trip dates and a budget.
• Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. Interior Studio Suite~Landmark 618 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
• Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is normally available on booking pages. If not, email the property owner before you reserve the vacation property. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
• Remember to include your furry companions! Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your rental agreement! Extra fees or costs applied to your invoice.
• If there's an individual Myrtle Beach destination you are crazy about, browse homes that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your desires.
• Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. .

Additional considerations:

• Get the host's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your rental.
• Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, elevator or WIFI setup. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent many concerns.
• Lock your rental home while you're out. Protect your property!
• Make a record of any damages to the property at check in, and immediately e-mail them to the property manager. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are beneficial if damages are attributed to your stay.
• Be respectful of your neighbors. Often times, adjacent homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations is the right thing to do.
• Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
• When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your family have a terrific vacation? Most rental websites make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
