Entirely refreshed in 2023, this condo feels fresh, modern, and extravagant from the moment you walk in. Beautiful new LVP floor flows from room to room, and the coastal-inspired paint colors make the entire space feel warm and inviting. The décor was professionally selected to create a calming, beach-chic ambiance, and no detail was overlooked. In the living area, you’ll find a plush new sleeper couch, chic dining set, updated curtains, and beautiful new lighting that sets the ideal mood day or nighttime. The kitchen is a showstopper, complete with new granite countertops, a shining new sink, brand-new appliances, and sleek cabinetry. Even the bathroom was updated with a modern vanity and mirror. Every inch of the condo was thoughtfully refreshed, and it really shows.



Guests appreciate being on the 7th floor, high enough for expansive ocean vistas, but close enough that you can hear the waves roll in. While our guests cannot use the water slides, there are so many other amenities accessible by our guests! This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A Walmart just opened on 16th Avenue, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests appreciate the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.
