Located at Pinnacle Oceanfront Tower Resort in Myrtle Beach, this exceptional, 1 bedroom suite offers impressive vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. This 7th floor, entirely refreshed condo has an open layout and is completely furnished with 2 queen size beds, 1 sleeper couch, 1 queen size murphy bed (wall bed), and will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests!

As of 2023, this condo has been gorgeously remodeled and features some really extraordinary features! We could not be more excited to share them with you. For starters, all new LVP floor was installed throughout! The entire unit was painted with welcoming colors as well. The unit was professionally decorated with all new decor and accents were added throughout! The owner really spared no expense! In the main living space, a new sleeper couch was installed, along with a new dining set, and curtains. In the kitchen new granite countertops were installed, as well as a new sink! New appliances were also installed, including an oven, stove, microwave, and over head hood! All new light fixtures were added throughout. Lastly in the bathroom a new vanity and mirror were installed. We guarantee you are going to appreciate it!

Our guests appreciate the convenience of being on the 7th floor. Guests will appreciate marvelous vistas from the balcony; not too high, not too low. Pinnacle Oceanfront Tower offers multiple elevators that service the building. This ocean front apartment has its own private entrance and is not shared with anyone! It's comparable to a hotel room, but so much nicer and a tad bigger! The condo will accommodate 8 guests comfortably.

Upon entering the condo, guests will find the main bedroom. This bedroom features 2 queen beds, a dresser for storage, a nighttime stand between the beds, and a window for natural light. Just off the bedroom is the bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/shower combo, new vanity, toilet, and new mirror!

Moving past the bedroom is the kitchen area! The kitchen features plentiful counter space, gorgeous cabinetry, new granite countertops, new sink, refrigerator, freezer, new stove, new oven, new overhead hood, and new microwave. We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, and much more! Cooking a modest meal or snack will not be a problem! For guests who prefer to dine out, there are hundreds of award-winning eateries within a 5–10-min. drive of Pinnacle Oceanfront Tower. Many eateries in the area offer delivery, and for those who prefer to stay in, food delivery options such as Uber Eats and DoorDash are very trendy options!

Just past the kitchen guests will find the main living space! This space is really the most calming spot in the entire condo and features a new couch that converts to a bed, new table and chairs, coffee table, dresser, TV, side tables, murphy bed ( wall bed), and access to the private ocean front balcony.

Pack light! This rental is fully outfitted and ready for your arrival. All towels, linens, and linens are included. We also provide a few toiletry items to get you started such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and paper towels. The convenience of an electronic, keyless entry makes check-in hassle complimentary!

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

Pinnacle Oceanfront Tower is a high-rise complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. Our guests will have access to only the oceanfront pool, hot tubs, and water features. While our guests cannot use the water slides, there are so many other amenities accessible by our guests! This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A Walmart just opened on 16th Avenue, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests adore the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Myrtle Beach State Park and Myrtle Beach Beaches, while Family Kingdom Amusement Park and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach are popular area attractions.
