The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 6th floor condo at the Landmark Resort! The studio is furnished with two double beds, full bath, a wet bar and a private balcony with an interior view of the resort. Our guests appreciate having their own private balcony where they can relax.

Upon entering, guests will enter through a modest hallway. To the left is the bathroom. The bathroom features toilet, vanity, and shower/tub combo.

Moving straight through guests will find the main living space. This is the most trendy area of the apartment, and features two double beds, an accent chair, desk with wall mounted TV above, a modest table and chairs, and the wet bar. The wet bar area includes a sink, cabinet space, a microwave and a mini refrigerator!

The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and WIFI.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not allowed to use the food and drink outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our prices reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
****AS OF: April 20th, 2023, Spas 1-4 will be Closed Until Further Notice*****

Myrtle Beach rental home tips and tricks:

Finding your perfect rental home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Myrtle Beach. To find the best value, shift your family's Myrtle Beach trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer pleasant weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic.
  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.
  • Many management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guide magazines which often include money-saving deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

Filter your search:

  • Begin by selecting your vacation dates and a spending budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your family needs. Interior Studio Suite~Landmark 704 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
  • Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts is almost always accessible online. Otherwise, reach out to the property management company before reserving the vacation home. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds and bunks.
  • Does your group require particular amenities? Most rental websites include search filters with amenity lists.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before booking
  • Some properties allow pets, but others don't. Allowable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added costs may apply. Ask the host about allowable breeds and types before booking.

Tips for a fantastic stay:

  • Get the owner's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your . Put the host's information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • To ensure that no damages are linked to your family's stay, make a record of any problem areas during check in. Make contact with the rental manager immediately to relay any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having the recorded issues and contact attempts will be valuable.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, stereo or WIFI setup. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents lots of problems.
  • Respect your neighbors. Often times, adjacent homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Lock your rental property while you're out! Don't let thieves spoil your trip.
  • Double-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your group have a wonderful stay? Most rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
