Master Bedroom: Queen bedroom on the 1st floor, closet, dressers, private entrance to full bath w/ shower stall.
Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bedroom, second floor, closet, dresser, cable TV
Guest Bedroom 2: Bunk room (double set) with full size beds on the bottom of each bunk and a single on the top of each bunk, tv/vcr, dresser, second floor.
Bathroom: Full bath, second floor with tub and shower.
Living Room: Cable TV/dvd
Kitchen: Dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, silverware, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, tea kettle.
Upper deck with new deck chairs and side tables.
Ground Level: Gas Grille, picnic table and outdoor shower.
Golf cart available for an additional fee.

Not Supplied: Linens (sheets, towels - bath, beach and kitchen) are NOT supplied. Bath soap, toiletries, detergents and paper products are NOT supplied.

RENTER MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD MIN AND PRESENT DURING THE ENTIRE RENTAL PERIOD.

Upon arrival, you will need to register your car and pay the parking pass fee of $12.00 per day (current rate may change), at the Ocean Lakes Main Office before continuing through security entrance. Ocean Lakes is a family aligned property with 24 hour patrolled security. All guests must abide by Ocean Lakes rules.
