Pretty open floor plan, 3 bdrm 2 bath stilt home located at the S access to the beach. New floor and washer and dryer just added!

Once you walk in the front door you will know you are in your home away from home. The home is very inviting, with an open floor plan. The living area has a sectional couch, and flat screen tv with cable including multiple tv stations
The room flows into the open entirely equipped kitchen with a bar area to seat 6 guests. Has a Keurig coffee maker.
The King Master suite is to the right off the living area with a flat screen tv, ceiling fan, closet, and chest to store your clothing. The Master Bath has a handsome ceramic tile Tub/shower combo
The second bedroom offers a King size bed, flat screen tv, and ceiling fan, closet, and chest to store clothing
The full bath is located between the two bedrooms offering a tub/shower combo
Third bedroom is a set of twin bunk beds, with a flat screen tv, closet, and chest for storing clothing.

Ocean Lakes is a family-aligned, 24-hour gated, security patrolled community with a multitude of amenities. It is located in Myrtle Beach and is the most complete oceanfront campground on the east coast. With nearly a mile of privately owned beachfront, it also features eight freshwater lakes great for fishing. Facilities on site in the campground include a heated indoor pool, an outdoor Olympic size pool and a brand-new full-size water park compete with kiddie area, lazy river, and slides. Golf cart rental is available on the premises. There are also three snack bars, an arcade with 80+ games, an outdoor theatre with scheduled events, playgrounds, basketball courts, shuffleboard courts, a miniature golf area, a recreation center with supervised activities for kids, and a mile of beach all within the community grounds.
