The family-friendly BlueWater Resort, which is close to the airport, fine eating, shopping, and movie theaters at Market Commons, is well-positioned to become your beloved vacation spot for many years to come! Compass Rose Restaurant, E-Noodle, and Crow's Nest Oceanfront Bar & Grille are a few of the close by dining establishments.



Getting Around:

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Lyft and Uber. In addition, take into account Turo for rental cars.

Other Things to Note:

There is no smoking allowed in this room. Smoking is only allowed in the resort's approved zones. Please stay in these areas that are designated for smoking.



This condo is not a hotel room; it is privately owned. We respectfully request that you handle it with the same consideration and care as you would your own home. Please be aware that although we will try to resolve any difficulties as soon as possible, there is never a 24/7 staff member on site.



Observation:

Every fourth Monday of the month, there is an obligatory pest control schedule.

This is a non-negotiable; in order for the planned spray to take place, you must grant the pest control staff access.



Please Note: The pool that is partially indoors and partially outdoors is currently closed for maintenance. Also, Spa Villa is closed. However, there are multiple other pools available throughout the resort for guests to appreciate. To enhance your experience, the oceanfront pool is currently heated while the indoor/outdoor pool remains closed.



NOTE: Indoor pool is closed until further notice



Area Closure: From the Tiki Bar to the fence (including the smoking area) will be roped off all next week. During this period the regular smoke area (gazebo) will be closed. The white gravel area outside the maintenance compound where the golf cart usually parks (next to Grandiose Atlantic) will be the temporary replacement smoking area.

Beach Access: Thursday and Friday (weather permitting), the area from the exit door on the oceanfront side of the tower to the beach will be closed. Please use the Hurl Rocks Park beach access.
