This 2 Br villa is located in Arrowhead Court inside Kingston Resort. Elevator access to the second floor will offer painless entry. This condo is entirely modernized with the special touches of a professional decorator. You'll appreciate the new living room TV, couch bed, plus completely outfitted kitchen. This amazing condo features a King bed en-suite and 2 Twin beds in the secondary bedroom. You'll find tons of sunlight streaming through the primary bedroom windows. A sliding glass door leads you to a huge screened-in porch, complete with new outdoor furnishings and ceiling fan.



PLEASE NOTE: Roof replacement project begins in Sept and will last appx.16 weeks weather pending. The work will be done in sections and and each section will take appx. 4 weeks. During the work there will be NO AC/HEAT inside the condo. Construction noise and debris is to be expected for the 16 weeks, just depending on the section in progress.
